How Does It Work?

I accept a limited number of commissions each season. Together, we will design slow-paced cultural immersions tailored to your precise rhythm and intellectual curiosity.

Steps:

1. Submit Your Inquiry

Tell me where you want to go, when you would like to travel, who is joining, your budget range, and what you want the trip to feel like. This helps me to better personalize your trip.

2. I Review Your Trip

I carefully review your request to understand your travel style, priorities, timing, destination, and the level of planning support needed.

3. We Refine the Vision

For custom trips, we will connect to discuss your preferences, must-haves, pace, hotel style, wellness needs, privacy concerns, and any special occasion details. This is also where I can get to know your likes and dislikes from previous travels. The call usually take 30-45 minutes. If we are a good match then I will send over the planning fee of $350 to get started.

4. I Curate Your Options

I research and present thoughtful recommendations in a proposal that is designed and tailored around your trip. Each proposal takes around 5-7 business days to complete.

5. We Confirm the Details

Once you are ready to move forward with the proposal that includes, availability, pricing, inclusions, room categories, transfers, experiences, and key logistics. All are confirmed before booking. I wll then send you necessary credit card links or forms for the trip amount to be paid in full.

6. You Travel Beautifully

You receive your confirmations and important trip details, with the confidence that your travel has been arranged with care, taste, and attention to detail. You will also have access to me throughout your entire trip. Do not hesitate to contact me via email, call, or text.
